The Abbottabad inquiry: Nawaz Sharif’s valid demand

A good piece by Nasim Zehra, however, I would have preferred a parliamentary commission, even if it would not have come out with any result. For me all the establishment of people's control (organized in political parties and through their representatives)of the State is vital for its survival and development as peaceful and developed modern state. The issue is inching towards establishing the principle of parliamentary supremacy. The questions about the quality of political leadership will be taken care of by democratic process in due time.
The Abbottabad Affair has, in my opinion provided an opportunity to the peoples of Pakistan to take the initiative into their hands.
Though it appears we are already loosing that opportunity, however, there is nothing wrong in trying.
