I am just watching a press conference in which PEMRA chair person is addressing and he is presenting the evidence which was the copy of the agreement between PEMRA and the GEO Super concerns companies it is proven there is no reason that PEMRA could banned GEO Super cause its unlinked from Dubai and all documents and agreements are completed .

According to him It totally GEO management internal issue or decision that they stopped its transmission.

Soon PEMRA will issue show cause notice to GEO NEWS to misguiding the viewers that PEMRA banned it.

He is saying continuing " Ya channel hum nay nahi bandh kia " repeating continuously.

I didn't get this if this channel about to be banned or expiry what ever why it was awarded by the rights to broadcast WORLD CUP 2011 all over Pakistan even PEMRA and supreme court support them when cable operators stopped the transmission for a while.

Secondly how easily its stopped broadcasting at once with out any notice and not a single discussion shown on the channel.Some thing fishy some where
