It is bewildering to see the forum i.e. Press Pakistan group, primarily meant for healthy discussions amongst the journalistic fraternity being used by some as a source of recreation by indulging in a discussion over petty matters pertaining to the News organizations that cannot do any journalist a world of good even if discussed at length.
Every other day, one finds obnoxious mails apparently from fake email IDs such as “jawadusa” etc, which do not seem to have much logical or factual ground. Such gossip mongers are only trying to waste the time of the whole Press Pakistan community. I am sure there are far important issues which can be discussed on this forum rather than only reporting and discussing non-issues of various News channels, Newspapers etc.
Let us all contribute positively through this forum by discussing issues of National, social or political interest which can not only bring about different angles of a story but can also help us broaden our knowledge base.
