Helpless Pakistanis and crises in Bahrain

I want to draw your attention towards the ongoing crises in Bahrain where majority of the victims are poor Pakistani workers and families living in down-town Manama. People are being stabbed, attacked and harassed by gangs armed with swords, rods and other lethal objects. Many have fled their homes and taken shelter in Pakistan Club, Pakistan School and Other places. Many are still stuck in these narrow streets surrounded by armed gangs. Government is giving security only in main areas, highways and crossings but there is no arrangement to secure these people and they have no option but to help themselves. I personally know a place where around 100 Pakistani workers are stuck in great fear and they have no arrangements to leave the area. Many people are ready to flee Bahrain but there are not enough arrangements to bring them back to Pakistan.

It is also to be noted that world media is covering only one side of the story. Even the political parties here in Pakistan have not enough knowledge of the issue and following the same line being given by biased international media.
