Surprisingly, count of bomb blasts has doubled after the arrest of Raymond, during the last 13 days, which rises to 42 as compared to 21 of previous 13 days. All the blasts occurred through timed or remote controlled devices and the main target being the law enforcing agencies. It has also been heard that he is not an ordinary spy, rather he holds a senior appointment in Israeli spy agency, heads the racket involved in anti-Pakistan activities by US funding, a part of Special Operation Forces made up of 13 Security Contractors working for US Army.
Raymond was enrolled in US Army in 1993, was sent to Macedonia with a Peace Keeping Mission in 1994 and was posted to the 3rd Special Forces Group of US Marines in 1998. He apparently left Army in 2003 to launch his own Security Company (Hyperion Protective Consultants LLC).
